Brennan Johnson is out of the Wales squad for a pair of Euro 2024 qualifiers after picking up a groin injury.
The Nottingham Forest midfielder did not travel with the squad to Croatia for their opening game, and will also sit out their next qualifier against Latvia too.
The 21-year-old was named in the Wales squad earlier this month, having made his debut for his country in 2020.
Rob Page’s side will begin their Group D campaign by playing Croatia in Split on Saturday evening, before hosting Latvia in Cardiff three days later.
Wales made it to the last-16 of Euro 2020, when they were eliminated by Denmark in June 2021 after a 4-0 defeat in Amsterdam.
