Reports.. Dubai warns of global regulatory loopholes in the encryption sector

Reports today said the Dubai Financial Services Authority has warned that global watchdogs need to intensify conversations with each other to tackle “bad parties” exploiting loopholes in encryption rules, according to an official at the emirate’s financial regulator. Elizabeth Wallace, associate director at the authority, said the Dubai Financial Services Authority plans to update the rules for crypto-tokens.
