Russia’s richest woman has lost $3.24 billion since the beginning of the year

Data from the Bloomberg Billionaires Index (BBI). Russia’s richest woman, Tatiana Bakalchuk, founder of online retailer Wildberries, lost $3.24 billion in the January-November 2021 period.

As of December 15, 2021, the general wealth of Bakalchuk was estimated at 5.85 billion dollars (about 431.1 billion rubles).
At the beginning of the year, the head of the online retail store earned $ 9.09 billion (about 665 billion rubles).

Despite the loss, the Wildberries Foundation is on the list of the richest people in the world. It is now ranked 491st between US investment analyst Kenneth Fisher and owner of Chinese clothing company Gao Dekang.

According to Forbes magazine, Bakalchuk is one of the richest women in the world and ranks 205th in the list of billionaires. In 2021, the magazine estimated her fortune at 13 billion dollars.

In Russia, Bakalchuk was ranked 13th in 2021, while last year she was ranked 93rd with a fortune of $1 billion.
