Spider-Man: No Way Home wins Hollywood’s highest-grossing movie of 2021

Spider-Man: No Way Home became the highest-grossing Hollywood movie released in 2021.

The third film in the Marvel franchise about the adventures of Peter Parker crossed the billion dollar mark at the box office just 12 days after its release.
Only in 2019 Avengers Endgame and Avengers: Infinity War reached this mark in less time – 5 and 11 days, respectively.

The film, produced by Sony and Disney Marvel Studios, grossed $260 million at the US box office last weekend. Analysts say the numbers are impressive for Spider-Man: No Way Home, especially during the pandemic.

Earlier, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige and producer of the Spider-Man universe films Amy Pascal spoke about working on the movie “Spider-Man – 4”.
