A girl marries a man who distorted her face with acid and made her almost blind

A resident of Turkey married a man who poured acid on her face, making her almost blind and disfigured.

In 2019, Pervin Ozyek was attacked by her boyfriend Kazem Celtic, who wanted to take revenge on her for ending their relationship.
The man used acid as a weapon, spraying a caustic liquid on the girl’s face. As a result of the incident, his face was disfigured, and he was arrested.

After that, according to media reports, Kazem rained Parvin with love letters asking her to forgive him. Uzyk could not refuse Celtic and withdrew the report from the police.

“I’m uncomfortable because he’s sitting there inside four walls,” said the girl.

Celtic was convicted and, as a result, sentenced to 13 years in prison.

However, in 2021, Celtic received the right to parole, which he took advantage of. Once released, he asks Pervin to marry, and she agrees, much to the dismay of her parents.

“She got married without our knowledge,” the 20-year-old’s father commented.
