Four effective ways to lower blood pressure without medication

The British newspaper Daily Express, citing a study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology, wrote about four physical exercises that can normalize blood pressure.

The most effective exercises are walking, running, cycling and swimming.

As stated in the study: “It is recommended that you do aerobic exercise at a moderate intensity for at least 30 minutes. These activities include walking, jogging, cycling or swimming, 5-7 days a week, the total duration of the exercise should be 150 minutes on the least”.

As he told reporters at the UK’s National Health Service, high blood pressure increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as stroke, heart attack, peripheral arteriosclerosis, heart failure and vascular dementia and is advised to keep blood pressure under control.

Experts also note that you can avoid developing high blood pressure by changing your eating habits – you need to reduce the consumption of salt, coffee and alcohol.
