Greenwood, Manchester striker, arrested for rape
Manchester Police have arrested Manchester United striker Mason Greenwood.
The attacker’s girlfriend, model Harriet Robson, on January 30, posted photos on her Instagram account with broken lips and bruises on her body. She stated that Greenwood beat and raped her. Later, Manchester United suspended the 20-year-old from training with the team.
Greenwood is a Mancunians graduate and has played for the main team since 2018. The forward has made 18 Premier League appearances this season, scoring five goals and one assist.
Since 2020, Greenwood has been called up for the England national team, in which he played one match.
