All gas is pumped from European storage

European gas storage facilities, as of the end of January, were already empty with 81% of the volume of gas pumped there during the summer period.

Gazprom reported on Telegram, citing data from Gas Infrastructure Europe. That as of January 30, the volume of active gas in European underground storage facilities was 27.2% (14.2 billion cubic meters) less than last year’s level. The report stated that 81% of the gas pumped in the summer has already been withdrawn.

Thus, the volume of active gas in the GPC in Europe as of January 30 is only 38.1 billion cubic meters, which is 2.7 billion cubic meters less than the historical minimum values ​​for this date, as determined by Gazprom.
