Snoop Dogg shines in his Gucci ad campaign
Rapper Snoop Dogg has become one of the heroes of the new Gucci ad campaign dedicated to the Love Parade group.
In a photo posted to House’s official Instagram account, Snoop Dogg is seen wearing a green satin suit and white shirt, complemented by a bow tie casually tied in a long velvet ribbon. The rapper’s look is completed by a cowboy hat and sunglasses with orange lenses. In addition to Snoop Dogg, singer Miley Cyrus and brand ambassador Jared Leto participated in the advertising campaign.
“My mom raised me to be a devoted beauty lover. When creating the collection, I thought about this, about the gift of a dream, which I can’t do without, about the aura of cinema that gives rise to myths,” said Alessandro Michele, Creative Director of Gucci.
Photographers Mert Allach and Marcus Piggott worked on creating images for the new campaign. The first part of the Love Parade collection show, timed to coincide with the fashion house’s centenary, took place on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles in the fall.
