Expert: Announcing the cessation of military operations in Ukraine within hours, according to “Russian conditions, US commitments and mediation by Hungary”

The Egyptian writer and expert, Hani Kamal El-Din, expected the announcement of the cessation of Russian military operations in Ukraine within the next 48 hours, perhaps less.

According to the Kamal El-Din, the leaks indicate that the Hungarian Foreign Minister has gone to the United States to discuss the issue of the American pledges that Russia stipulated to stop the process and start negotiations.
After Hungary invited Russia and Ukraine to enter into negotiations hosted by Budapest.

The leaks also indicate that Russia has requested American pledges to immediately stop or suspend all sanctions that have been taken against Russia, and that the American side pledge to consider the security guarantees requested by Russia, especially the pledge not to deploy forces on its borders or the expansion of NATO towards the east.

The sources indicate that Russia has set a set of conditions for the Ukrainian side to accept for negotiation, including the establishment of a demilitarized zone on the borders of the Donbass, Ukraine’s recognition of the independence of the Donsk and Luhansk republics and its pledge not to deploy any heavy weapons or foreign forces on its territory that could pose a threat to Russian security.

Expectations also indicate that the Russian side will request the deployment of units of the Russian army in the buffer zone in preparation for the annexation of the republics of Donsk and Luhansk to the Russian Federation, with the Chernobyl region and the nuclear reactor remaining under the full control of the Russian Federation.
