Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine begin
Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine began in the Gomel region.
And according to ONT NEWS reports. Talks between the delegations of the two countries are taking place on the Belarus-Ukrainian border near the Pripyat River. For security reasons, the exact meeting point is unknown.
The Ukrainian delegation includes the head of the Servant of the People faction David Arachhamiya, Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov and Adviser to the President’s Office Mikhailo Podolak. The Russian delegation to the talks is led by Russian President Vladimir Medinsky’s aide.
According to RIA Novosti, Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei is also present at the talks.
Earlier, the Egyptian writer Hani Kamal El-Din had indicated to me that “the announcement of the cessation of military operations in Ukraine within hours is under” Russian conditions and American pledges.
