Italy moves its embassy from Kyiv
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs decided to move the Italian Embassy in Ukraine from Kyiv to Lvov.
“Due to the deteriorating security situation in Kyiv and, as a consequence, the inability to ensure full operation, the Italian Embassy in Kyiv was moved to Lviv to continue its work,” the ministry said in a statement.
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also again recommended Italian citizens to leave Ukraine against the background of the Russian operation on the country’s territory.
