Lithuania provides 10 million euros in military aid to Ukraine

Lithuania will send military ammunition to Ukraine in the amount of at least 10 million euros.

“We will continue to provide military assistance to Ukraine. At least 10 million euros will be allocated for this year,” said Lithuanian President Gitanas Nosida.

He also noted the assistance that Vilnius had already provided to Kyiv: night vision devices and equipment for countering drones.

“We are receiving a list of specific needs from partners,” Nosida said.

Lithuania has been providing military assistance to Ukraine since 2014. It was the first NATO country to officially admit that it had delivered “weapons” to Kyiv, without specifying what this was intended for.

Earlier in Lithuania, they said that the Baltic states are seeking to close the sea ports of the Russian Federation.
