Russia will lift restrictions on flights to 40 countries

Russian authorities may lift coronavirus restrictions on flights between Russia and about 40 countries. The corresponding decision may be made in the near future by the operational headquarters to combat COVID-19.

“At the last meeting of the operational headquarters, it was decided to lift restrictions on flights to about 40 countries,” a source in the Russian Ministry of Transport said.

Earlier it was reported that Russia has lifted restrictions on coronavirus for flights to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Iran, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.

Before that, the headquarters for combating the Corona virus infection decided to resume flights with Argentina, Costa Rica, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico and Qatar.
