Slovakia has transferred its only S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Ukraine

Slovakia transferred the S-300 anti-aircraft missile system to Ukraine.

It is noteworthy that the air defense complex is already located in Ukraine. He was moved there in complete secrecy for the past two days.

Later, Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger confirmed the information.

“This is a responsible decision by which the Slovak Republic, as a country that supports peace, freedom and the protection of human rights, has provided assistance to Ukraine in defense. We believe that this system will help save as many innocent Ukrainians as possible.”

The prime minister added that moving the complex does not mean that the country will become part of the armed conflict in Ukraine.

Earlier, the Slovak Ministry of Defense had stated that the only S-300 anti-aircraft missile system in service with the Slovak Army could be transferred to Ukraine only after a suitable replacement was found.
