Marine Le Pen: France should help Russia and NATO rapprochement

French presidential candidate and head of the National Unity Party Marine Le Pen said on radio station Europe 1 that the country needs to take an active role in forging closer relations between Russia and NATO.

“When the war is over and a peace agreement is signed, it will be necessary for France to contribute to the rapprochement of NATO and Russia,” she said.
