The Portuguese government sends 15 armored carriers and 5 howitzers to Kyiv

The Portuguese government decided to send to Ukraine 15 M113A armored personnel carriers purchased from the United States, as well as five howitzers.

Nascer do SOL, citing a source in the Ministry of Defense, indicated that 15 M113 tracked armored personnel carriers, which will be sent to Ukraine, have been in service with the national army for about 30 years.

The source said that “the government will also send five howitzers with a diameter of 15.5, fifty radios and some other light weapons.”

Earlier it became known that the United States is pressuring Greece to transfer the S-300 to Ukraine after Turkey refused to transfer the Russian S-400 to Kyiv.
