The Ministry of State Security of the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR) has announced the filing of a criminal case for the use of internationally banned biological warfare methods by the Ukrainian military.
According to the statement of the department at the beginning of November 2020, the Army of the Armed Forces of Ukraine distributed propaganda leaflets over the village of Stepno with the help of an aircraft.
After that, dangerous strains of tuberculosis were found on the leaflets. According to the results of the investigation, the bodies are artificial.
At the same time, the LPR Ministry of State Security separately confirmed that about six unidentified people were involved in the incident.
At the moment, the law enforcement agencies of the republic are looking for all the necessary information about the suspects.
