According to space port employees, a “jammer” in one of the cars can interfere with the operation of the navigation systems. The car was stopped about two weeks ago when it was passing the Cosmodrome. It turned out to be carrying a short-wavelength transmitter with a short range, which is on open sale.

While employees do not know whether the incident was an “accident or attempted sabotage”.

The accident occurred a few weeks before the launch of the Shenzhou-14 mission scheduled for June 5. During it, three astronauts will go to the Tiangong Space Station.

This is the third manned mission to the station, and they are expected to help attach the labs to the base unit, which is scheduled for launch in July and October.
