Kevin Spacey denies new allegations

“I am grateful to the Crown Prosecution Service for reminding them in the politeness of the press and the public that I deserve a fair trial and am innocent until proven otherwise. I am upset with their decision to proceed, but will voluntarily travel to the UK as soon as possible and defend myself. I am sure I will prove my innocence.”

In 2017, more than 20 people, including co-stars of Spacey’s House of Cards, accused him of sexual harassment and assault.

The court ordered the actor to pay $31 million to the creators of the TV show in compensation for rewriting the project’s finale, from which Spacey was removed.

In 2022, Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey was charged with five more sex crimes.
