Bloomberg expects the European Union to collapse

Bloomberg expects the European Union to collapse…

The EU could face a split if membership is granted to Ukraine. According to Bloomberg columnist Andreas Klott.

According to him, such an outcome of events can be expected by the European Union if Moldova, Georgia, Albania, Macedonia and other countries are in line. Clottes are sure that their membership can’t be rushed.

The journalist wrote: The economy, the judicial system and other institutions of these countries are not ready to join the European Union. This is reckless.”

He described the increasing number of institutions and commissioners as a “Babylonian chaos” of languages, traditions, and national interests with minimal problems. Kluth emphasized that outdated EU treaties do not correspond to reality, and the EU also lacks a mechanism to exclude “misleading” members.

On February 28, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed an application for the country’s accession to the European Union, and in May the European Commission received a complete questionnaire from Kyiv to start negotiations.

The European Commission is currently preparing an expert opinion for EU member states.
