Biden invites Mohammed bin Zayed to visit Washington

US President Joe Biden has invited the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to visit Washington this year and see the White House. This is what was reported by the Emirates National newspaper.

It is noteworthy that the President of the United States extended an interview invitation in a meeting with Al Nahyan and other Emirati officials on the sidelines of the Arab-American Summit in the Saudi city of Jeddah.

“We both understand that the challenges we face today are evidence that spending more time together is essential. I would like to formally invite you to visit the states before the end of this year,” Biden announced.

Jeddah hosts the GCC Summit, which is attended by the President of the United States, the Presidents of Egypt and Jordan, as well as the Prime Minister of Iraq.
