Justin Bieber resumes world tour after partial facial paralysis

Singer Justin Bieber is resuming his world tour after suffering from Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which paralyzed the musician half of his face, Variety reported, citing the artist’s representative.

Bieber’s world tour, which was interrupted by illness, will resume in the Italian city of Lucca, after which the singer will perform five concerts in other European cities in August. In September, the musician will play his songs in South America.

In addition, the singer plans to perform in South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and New Zealand – in total, Bieber has scheduled 75 concerts as part of his world tour.

According to the media, Ramsay Hunt syndrome is caused by shingles affecting the facial nerve near the ears. The virus can cause facial paralysis and hearing loss.
