To perform the exercise, you need to straighten your legs at shoulder level, bend your knees, put your hands on your lower back, bend back, and breathe as fully as possible. Thus, the front and back of the body are completely relaxed. Try to stay in this position for 3-5 minutes, and in the future increase the time to 10 minutes.

If such an exercise was not easy, the therapist recommended the use of special things to relax the back, which have a constant effect and pressure. For example, using a rug, “I recommend lying on a mat or carpet when watching TV or just listening to music. The average duration of this exercise is 20-30 minutes. Thanks to this, according to the expert, it will be possible to relax the neck and back without make no effort.

According to the specialist, the regular implementation of these simple exercises can replace a trip to the massage therapist.
