The Pentagon creates a department to study and shoot down unidentified flying objects

The US Department of Defense has created a special unit to study unidentified objects in space, air and water. This was reported on the official website of the department.

The unit will be called the All-Area Resolution Office (AARO), and one of its tasks will be “threat mitigation” from unknown objects, including their destruction.

Dr. Shaun Kirkpatrick, chief scientist at the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Center for Missile and Space Intelligence, has been appointed director of the unit.

The publication says: “The mission of the AARO is to synchronize the work of the Department of Defense and other US federal and federal agencies in the discovery, identification, and assignment of objects of interest in or near military installations, areas of operations, training ranges, and special facilities, and if necessary, the mitigation of any associated threats. aviation safety and national security. This includes anomalous and unknown space, air, underwater and trans-central objects.”

The AARO Executive Board (AAROEXEC), chaired by US Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security Ronald Moultrie, will provide oversight and direction to AARO in the areas of surveillance and data collection, intelligence operations, targeted engagement, and other functions.

It was previously reported that the UFO research report released by the US government in 2021 aroused criticism and ridicule from the public. Of the 144 phenomena studied, 143 unspecified phenomena were included in them. Only one has been identified: a deflated balloon.

It later turned out that the principal investigator for UFOs at the US Department of Defense was TV presenter Travis Taylor, a former astrophysicist, ufologist, and proponent of supernatural existence.

Taylor stated seriously on TV that he had seen “more UFOs than can be counted” and that he was being followed by supernatural beings that nearly destroyed his car.
