 The Audio and Visual Information Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation and the Ministry’s Information Office issued Issue No. 139 of the “Agriculture in All Egypt” issue. The Directorate of Agriculture in Alexandria Governorate implemented a number of extension activities in the Khorshid Agricultural Department, where field visits and inspections of wheat and potato crops were carried out and plants were examined. Vaccination committees were also formed in the villages of the governorate centers and guidance seminars were held to raise awareness of the importance of vaccination in national campaigns and the extent of economic losses due to failure to respond to vaccination and awareness of the importance of livestock insurance, numbering and registration.
