MARLBORO, New Jersey. Marlboro Township public schools are closed Thursday after a series of apparent threats.
Marlboro Township Police Department said threats were made to them about Marlboro Memorial High School and the Board of Education buildings.
“The Marlboro Township Police Department, along with other law enforcement agencies, are conducting a thorough and thorough review of the buildings,” the department said in a statement shortly before 8 a.m.
The district first implemented a two-hour delay but then decided to close.
More details about the threats are not yet known.
