Monaco beats Brest 2-0, moving it away from second place in the French League

   The Monaco team removed its compatriot Brest from second place in the French League, by defeating them with two clean goals, in the match that brought them together this evening, Sunday, in the framework of the 30th round of the tournament. 

The two winning goals for Monaco were scored by Denis Zakaria. And Takumi Minamino in the 40th and 48th minutes, and this is Monaco’s third victory in a row, after beating Rennes with a clean goal, and beating Metz (5-2).

With this result, Monaco rose to 55 points in second place, with a difference of 8. Points behind Paris Saint-Germain in the lead, while Brest’s tally froze at 53 points in third place.
