The opposition Labor Party in Britain called for the first time on the British government to stop selling weapons to Israel, amid concerns about the Israeli military attack on the Palestinian city of Rafah.

He stressed the need for “the UK government to now work with the United States to try to prevent the attack on Rafah by making clear that it will assess UK exports and, if the Rafah attack continues, will join its American allies in suspending weapons or components that “It can be used in the Rafah attack.”
