Administrative Court rejects Ismaili Council member’s lawsuit against his colleagues
The Administrative Court in Ismailia issued a ruling today, Tuesday, August 6, rejecting the lawsuit filed by Ahmed Fahim, the suspended member of the Ismaili Club’s Board of Directors, in which he was demanding the invalidation of the Board of Directors’ decision to suspend his membership and his return to practicing his duties.
The court ruled to reject Fahim’s lawsuit in which he demanded the invalidation of the Board of Directors’ decision to suspend his membership and the cancellation of the Board of Directors’ decision to call for an extraordinary general assembly to convene to consider revoking his membership.
The Board of Directors of Ismaili Club decided to suspend the aforementioned member and call for an extraordinary general assembly to convene on August 31 to consider revoking his membership due to his false disclosure of the Board of Directors’ deliberations and his accusations against his colleagues that challenge their integrity and decisions.
