Minister of Housing: Withdrawing a 38-acre plot of land in New Cairo… and removing building violations on the North Coast

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, stated that a plot of land with an area of ​​approximately 38 acres in the eastern extension of the northern investors in the first gathering in New Cairo City was recovered with an activity (integrated urban development), due to the company’s failure to comply with the decision of the Dispute Resolution Committee.

 

  In the same context, Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny issued a decision to remove building violations established in a tourist village in Bahri, Alexandria-Matrouh coastal road, within the boundaries of the Second Sector Development Authority for the Northwest Coast, which consisted of building 3 buildings and concrete foundations, slabs and columns for each plot, with different areas.   Eng. Abdel Raouf El-Ghitti, Chairman of the New Cairo City Authority, explained that the decision to withdraw the plot of land was enabled and implemented, and its ownership was returned to the city authority, and the allocation was cancelled. Engineer Ahmed El Hamlawy, Vice President of the New Cairo City Authority for the First Settlement, stated that the company had built small components of the project, including caravans and a guard room, and the rest of the land was vacant, and the rest of the legal procedures are being completed.

 

  It is worth noting that the campaign was implemented in New Cairo, under the supervision of the Vice President of the Authority for the First Settlement and the General Supervisor of the Development Department, and the Director of the Removals Committee, and in the presence of the Director of the Development Department, the Director of Neighborhoods, the Director of Security in the Authority, and a force from the Construction Police.
