No other means of payment are accepted, and the student will not be able to register his/her desires and print the desires form and registration receipt until the payment process is completed by the means specified on the electronic coordination website.
The student must attend the main office or any of its branches only once when submitting the original certificates, in addition to a copy of the basic data, a statement of subjects and grades for each subject, and a statement of the student’s desires to receive the envelope, and submit the originals of the papers and certificates on the same day.
Steps that students of equivalent Arab and foreign certificates must follow to register their data and desires:
1- The student enters the coordination website using the address shown above to register his/her basic data, type of certificate, and mobile number 2- A message containing the login number and the secret number will be sent to the phone number that the student registered on the electronic coordination website. 3- The student must keep the login code and the secret number, as these two numbers represent a guarantee of the confidentiality of his data, and ensure that no one is allowed to modify his desires. 4- The login number and the secret number are used to record his data, grades and desires, and also to know the nomination result. 5- After completing the process of registering the basic data and obtaining the login number and the secret number, the student enters the site to review the certificate grades received from the granting authority or register them, and then calculate the student’s total score. After that, the student goes to an electronic payment link through the electronic coordination website that enables him to pay the price of the acceptance guide and the rest of the papers, whether using payment cards / collection outlets, and the student will not be allowed to register 6- The student must be accurate when registering his basic data, as the electronic payment process will be carried out according to the data registered by the student, and he will not be able to modify this data in the event of an error, so he must review his basic data carefully before completing the process of registering this data. 7- Once the student registers his desires, and the desires form and registration receipt are issued, the applicant student will have obtained the paid service. 8- The student must print his desires form and basic data, and a statement of the subjects and grades he studied with the certificate he obtained, which he registered on the Internet, as he must submit a copy of it in his papers file. 9- The student can log in several times to modify his desires, at any time he wishes until the end of the registration dates, noting that the student is nominated according to the last modification made by the student By registering it.
It is worth noting that after the student registers the basic data and subject grades and prints the desire form and registration receipt from the electronic coordination website, he must go directly to the main coordination office or one of its branches to submit the originals of his papers and certificates.
Dates for entering the electronic coordination website to register the basic data, grades and desires:
Students will be able to register data and apply through the electronic coordination website starting from Sunday 9/1/2024 until the scheduled date for the end of the stage, through the laboratories available at the universities, and these laboratories are open from nine in the morning until three in the afternoon daily.
The student can apply via the personal computer, and the website will be available for 24 hours throughout the application days.
When the student submits his papers to the coordination office, he must attach with them the document indicating the legal residence (legal and actual) of the student and his guardian His order from the country from which he obtained the secondary school certificate outside the Arab Republic of Egypt, during the study period on which the secondary school certificate is granted, and the total score is calculated from it, by submitting an actual residence documented by the Egyptian Cultural Counselor or the Egyptian Embassy in the granting country, and a passport showing the dates of entry and exit during the study period, in addition to a certificate of movements showing the dates of entry and exit and in accordance with the rules issued by the Supreme Council of Universities in this regard.
A list of the names of colleges and institutes that accept different departments will be available to the student, and he must choose his desires from among them.
The student determines the geographical area (A) "which is the area he wishes to be his place of residence", when he submits to register his basic data on the electronic coordination website, and he will be distributed to the colleges or institutes based on what he will express of desires and in accordance with the rules of geographical distribution.
The student must discuss the arrangement of his desires With his family with great care, so that the choices he will make are fully representative of his desires, abilities, and the set of qualified subjects he has passed.
American Diploma Students:
If the student has passed the SAT exam, he must send an electronic copy of the (SAT.I) exam results through the student’s account on the College Board website, directly to the code number 7437 at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, in light of what the Ministry of Education has approved in this regard, while adhering to the instructions that will be announced on the Coordination Office website on the Internet, and the student whose (SAT.I) exam results do not arrive will not be nominated, and his name will be deleted from the results of the applicant students.
In the event that the student has passed the EST or ACT exams approved by the Ministry of Education and the Supreme Council of Universities has approved them as equivalent exams to the SAT exam, he must adhere to the instructions stipulated herein The matter.
Entering or modifying desires ends at seven o’clock in the evening on the last day of application.
Important instructions for students who have obtained equivalent certificates (Arabic and foreign) regarding methods of knowing the nomination result:
1. The results will be available on the same website on which the student submitted his desires.
