Preparing a cooperation protocol to meet the 5% appointment rate for people with disabilities
Mohamed Gebran, Minister of Manpower, received a delegation from the Bank of Egypt administration, as part of the preparations to draft a cooperation protocol between the “Ministry” and the “Bank” regarding the fulfillment of the 5% quota of people with disabilities in the bank. The Minister directed the competent department in the Ministry to communicate with the Bank of Egypt administration to complete the drafting of the cooperation protocol, which includes the bank’s identification of its needs for people with disabilities in each governorate, to provide the required numbers. The Minister stressed that the integration of people with disabilities into the labor market comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic.
The meeting was attended by: Nada Hamdy, Head of Employment, Hussein Emad El-Din, Assistant General Manager of the Strategic Alliances Department, Bank of Egypt, and Mirna Ezzat, Head of the Strategic Alliances Department, Bank of Egypt. From the Ministry of Manpower: Heba Ahmed, General Manager of the Employment Department, and Amira Mamdouh, Infrastructure and Information Security Specialist at the Ministry’s Information Center.
