The Minister of Health approves the movement of directors and deputies of directorates in the governorates
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, approved the movement of the Ministry of Health’s leadership, which included assigning Dr. Hamouda Eid Ali Youssef El-Gazzar as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Cairo Governorate, and Dr. Amal Rushdi Abdel Gawad Abdullah as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Giza Governorate.
Dr. Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Health and Population, said that the movement included assigning Dr. Ghada Abdel Ghafour Amer Neda as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Alexandria Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Zein El-Din Hafez Mohamed as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Assiut Governorate, and Dr. Tamer Atef Ali Ali Madkour as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Dakahlia Governorate.
“Abdel Ghaffar” added that the movement included assigning Dr. Mohamed Yahya Abdel Wahab Badran, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Damietta Governorate, Dr. Hani Mustafa Ibrahim Jamea, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Sharkia Governorate, and Dr. Sayed Ahmed Abdel Gawad Abu Zeid, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Beheira Governorate.
«Abdel Ghaffar» explained that the movement included assigning Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Abdel Hakim Meligy, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Minya Governorate, Dr. Osama El Sayed Ahmed El Shalqany, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Qalyubia, Dr. Amr Mohamed Mohamed Dowidar, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Sohag Governorate, and Dr. Osama Ahmed Ahmed Balbal, Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Gharbia Governorate. «Abdel Ghaffar» stated that The movement included assigning pharmacist Mohamed Mahmoud Fawzy Khaled as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Menoufia Governorate, Dr. Sameh Fathy Ibrahim Ashmawy as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Fayoum Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Attia Attia Abu Al-Saad as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, and Dr. Mohamed Youssef Abdelkhaleq Ahmed as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Qena Governorate.
“Abdel Ghaffar” noted the assignment of Dr. Samah Ahmed Gad Abdel Azim as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Beni Suef Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Saeed Hassan Ali as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Aswan Governorate, Dr. Ahmed Abu Al-Ata Abdullah Mahmoud as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Luxor Governorate, and Dr. Sherif Sobhi Gabriel as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in New Valley Governorate.
“Abdel Ghaffar” added The movement included assigning Dr. Islam Abdullah Azayem Asaf as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Matrouh Governorate, Dr. Ismail Ahmed Amin Mohamed Al-Arabi as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in the Red Sea Governorate, Pharmacist Mohamed Sharif Ali Mohamed Daoud as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Suez Governorate, and Pharmacist Reem Mustafa Mahmoud Saleh as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Ismailia Governorate.
The official spokesman added that the assignment movement included Dr. Walid Fathy Abdel-Maqsoud Ismail as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in Port Said Governorate, Dr. Haitham Mohamed Ibrahim Al-Shahab as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in South Sinai Governorate, and Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohamed Badr as Director of the Health Affairs Directorate in North Sinai Governorate.

“Abdul Ghaffar” said that the movement included assigning Dr. Hanan Anwar Abdul Halim Othman and pharmacist Al-Husseini Ahmed Amin Muhammad Youssef as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Alexandria Governorate, Dr. Muhammad Jamal Ahmed Abdel Rahim and Dr. Ahmad Sayed Muhammad Musa as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Assiut Governorate, and Dr. Tamer Muhammad Abbas Al-Tanbouli and Dr. Ahmad Muhammad Al-Bayli Ali as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Dakahlia Governorate.

The official spokesman pointed out that the movement included assigning Dr. Mohamed Gamal Ahmed Mustafa as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Qalyubia Governorate, Dr. Ayman Makram Hanna Semaan as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Sohag Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Al-Sayed Mohamed Al-Sayed Ainar as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Gharbia Governorate, Dr. Imad Ramadan Khamis Al-Fayoumi as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Menoufia Governorate, and Dr. Yasser Abdel Rahim Hussein Ali as deputies for the Health Affairs Directorate in Fayoum Governorate.
He continued “Abdel Ghaffar” said that the assignment movement included pharmacist Samar Aref Mahrous Abu Al-Najat Saad El-Din, as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate, Dr. Samar Atef Mohamed Youssef, as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Qena Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Ali Quraiba, as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Beni Suef Governorate, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Omar Ahmed, as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Aswan Governorate, and Dr. Ali Mohamed Hassan Youssef Tabl, as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Luxor Governorate. The movement included assigning Dr. Hazem Mahmoud Salim Mubasher as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Matrouh Governorate, Dr. Rasha Adel Shafiq Marcos as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in the Red Sea Governorate, and Dr. Mary Sobhi Yassa Sayedhom as Undersecretary of the Health Affairs Directorate in Suez Governorate.
Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, had issued Ministerial Resolution No. 264 of 2024 to form a committee to prepare a list for the movement to fill the positions of directors and undersecretaries of health affairs directorates in the governorates, provided that this movement is issued annually during the month of August of each year, based on an evaluation of scientific capabilities and job history, and the achievements made by each candidate in the positions previously held, personal characteristics, and the availability of transparency and integrity standards.
