A high-level source told Extra News: Benjamin Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister, continues to spread lies about smuggling weapons into Gaza through tunnels to hide his failure in the Strip.
The source added: Netanyahu continues to lie in order to cover up his failure to prevent the weapons mafia from smuggling them through the Kerem Abu Salem crossing, which is under the control of the occupation.
Netanyahu continued his lies about smuggling weapons into Gaza in order to justify his presence at the Salah al-Din crossing, called the Philadelphia crossing.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry previously responded to Netanyahu’s lies, warning against continuing to spread lies to evade international efforts calling for a ceasefire.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on September 3, Egypt expressed its complete rejection of the statements made by the Israeli Prime Minister on September 2, through which he tried to drag Egypt’s name into distracting Israeli public opinion and obstructing reaching a deal to cease fire and exchange hostages and detainees. Egypt also affirms its rejection of all allegations made by Israeli officials in this regard.
