The Supreme Judicial Council, headed by Judge Hosni Abdel Latif, President of the Court of Cassation and President of the Supreme Judicial Council, approved the request of Counselor Mohamed Shawky, the Public Prosecutor, to renew the secondment of 11 counselors.
The secondment included counselors Mohamed El-Bayea as head of the technical office of the Public Prosecutor, Counselor Dr. Tarek Abu Zeid as director of the Preservation Department at the Public Prosecution, Counselor Ahmed El-Bahrawy, First Attorney General of the Cairo Appeal Prosecution, Counselor Ibrahim Saleh as head of the Appointments Office, Counselor Mohamed El-Ansari as head of the Complaints Office, Counselor Ahmed Shorba, First Attorney General of the Alexandria Appeal Prosecution, Counselor Mustafa Nabil Samra, First Attorney General of the Tanta Appeal Prosecution, Counselor Helmy Atallah, First Attorney General of the Mansoura Appeal Prosecution, Counselor Mohamed Abdel Salam, First Attorney General of the Ismailia Appeal Prosecution, Counselor Adham Osama Sadek, First Attorney General of the Beni Suef Appeal Prosecution, and Counselor Asem Naeem, First Attorney General of the Qena Appeal Prosecution.
The Council also approved the movement of public attorneys For the general prosecutions, and the second part of the movement and exchange between the heads of the prosecution and the heads of the courts.
