The New Beginning for Human Development Initiative is considered one of the axes of the sustainable national project for human development, “New Beginning for Human Development”, which embodies an integrated strategy whose primary goal is human development. Regarding the goals of this initiative for the development of the Egyptian citizen, and the support of many political and partisan forces for it.."RTL">
At the beginning, Dr. Yasser Al-Hudaibi, head of the parliamentary bloc of the Wafd Party in the Senate, said that the presidential initiatives “Beginning” are a turning point in creating a qualitative leap within Egyptian society.
"Al-Hudaibi" explained that the presidential initiatives primarily target a qualitative change in the life of the Egyptian citizen in all its social, educational and health aspects, which reflects the Egyptian state’s keenness to support the building of the Egyptian person in terms of health, society and education, and to localize the concept of social justice, by adopting integrated protection policies that aim to lift the burden off the shoulders of citizens and provide support to all groups within society."RTL">
In the same context, Captain Mahmoud Gabr, Vice President of the Conference Party and Secretary of Greater Cairo, stressed the pivotal role played by the New Beginning Initiative for Human Building in supporting human rights in their comprehensive concept. This step comes within the state’s strategy to enhance human development and provide a societal environment based on justice and equality."RTL">
"Gabr" explained that the "New Beginning" initiative is one of the important national initiatives that seeks to empower the Egyptian citizen by providing integrated educational, health and social opportunities."RTL">
He stressed that this initiative aims to build a new generation that enjoys awareness and knowledge, which contributes to supporting the sustainable development process and achieving the goals of Egypt’s Vision 2030."RTL">
The Vice President of the Conference Party pointed out that promoting human rights is not limited to laws and legislation, but extends to include providing the appropriate environment to build the individual and develop his capabilities."RTL">
The Vice President of the Conference Party continued, that the “New Beginning” initiative aims to enhance this vision by focusing on building the human being and providing him with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in his life, whether on a personal or professional level.
He stressed that the initiative represents a real response to the needs of Egyptian society, as it contributes to enhancing human rights in a tangible way by providing opportunities for good education and comprehensive health care, in addition to supporting entrepreneurship and providing job opportunities. These efforts enhance the citizen’s ability to achieve his/her self and participate effectively in building society.
The Vice President of the Congress Party concluded his statements by stressing that building the human being is the basic pillar for achieving an advanced society that enjoys justice, dignity and rights."RTL">
It is worth noting that the New Beginning Initiative for Human Development was launched by the President of the Republic in September 2024, and is one of the most important initiatives that focus on developing the Egyptian citizen, and will initially continue for 100 days in various governorates of the Republic, as an axis of the sustainable national project for human development, which aims to work on building the human being in all different sectors and human development for all Egyptian families, while working to spread health and cultural awareness among citizens, and enhance skills to prepare for the labor market at all age stages, and includes all age groups from birth to after 65 years."RTL">
The initiative began on September 7, 2024, and will continue for 100 days in all governorates of Egypt. The initiative includes several main axes, such as enhancing national security, building the Egyptian person, developing a competitive economy, achieving political stability, in addition to improving the health system, providing better education, securing decent job opportunities, and enhancing social protection.
