Diddy’s ex Cassie seen for the first time with telling facial expression after music mogul was arrested for ‘freak off’ orgies
Diddy’s ex-girlfriend Cassie appeared to be in good spirits as she broke cover for the first time since the rap mogul’s shocking arrest.
Cassie, 38, real name Casandra Ventura, stepped out in New York City on Thursday in stylish yoga pants, sports top and sunglasses, and wore a huge smile on her face as she waved to fans.
It comes almost a year after Cassie settled a scathing $30 million lawsuit with Diddy in November the day after she filed it, in which she accused the mogul of subjecting her to physical and sexual abuse during their decade-long relationship.
This was followed in May with the release of horrifying leaked surveillance camera footage showing him beating her up in a hotel corridor in 2016.
Her claims triggered a wave of other allegations from Diddy’s alleged victims, ultimately leading New York prosecutors to indict the disgraced producer this week on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering.

Cassie’s lawsuit led at least nine others to file similar civil lawsuits, which insiders say could lead Diddy’s $400 million fortune to evaporate at the same time he faces a lengthy prison stretch.
The Me & U singer dated Diddy, real name Sean Combs, on and off for over a decade until they broke up for good in 2018.
She went on to marry fitness trainer Alex Fine in 2019, and the pair now have two young daughters together, named Sunny and Frankie.
The couple were seen spending the day together on Thursday at his gym, including Cassie letting off some steam with a boxing session.
Cassie and Fine were later seen walking hand in hand through the streets of Manhattan, seemingly at ease as her ex faces decades behind bars.

Cassie’s appearance on the streets of New York City comes three days after Diddy was taken into custody in a late-night arrest by federal authorities in a Manhattan hotel.
While she put on a jovial display on Thursday as she stepped out in public for the first time since Diddy’s arrest, Cassie has notably stayed silent as the spotlight falls on her ex.
In a statement to DailyMail.com after the indictment was unsealed this week, Douglas Wigdor, a lawyer for Cassie, said that ‘neither Ms. Ventura nor I have any comment.’
Officials unsealed the indictment on Tuesday, charging the producer with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Months after Cassie filed a lawsuit against Diddy accusing him of physical and sexual abuse, shocking footage emerged from 2016 showing the rapper assaulting her in an LA hotel
Diddy pleaded not guilty in a bail hearing that saw his legal team try and fail to win his freedom by offering the court a $50 million bail package.
The package included putting his $48 million Miami mansion and mother’s $2 million apartment up as collateral, but a judge rejected the proposal and cited the gravity of the crimes Diddy is accused of.
Cassie has been praised for her bravery amid the fallout of Diddy’s arrest, as her allegations against her ex last year triggered a wave of other alleged victims to come forward.
Arick Fudali, an attorney for one alleged victim, Dawn Richard, said this week that it was Cassie’s bravery against a ‘very powerful individual’ that led his client to face her own alleged past with the producer.
‘It’s very difficult to come out against someone like Mr. Combs, but it was seeing Cassie file her lawsuit and go public that really gave her a sense of empowerment, that it was her turn, and it was her time to come forward with her allegations,’ he said.

At the center of allegations against Diddy are so-called ‘freak off’ sessions where the rapper would allegedly coerce and drug women into performing lengthy sexual marathons.
The arrest of Diddy came approximately six months after federal authorities raided his homes in Los Angeles and Miami.
In those raids, prosecutors said agents found over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant that were alleged to have been used in his infamous ‘freak offs.’
Authorities said they have interviewed more than 50 witnesses and associates, and their raids included the seizure of a trove of laptops, cell phones and hard drives.
Prosecutors also claim they are in possession of footage that they claim proves Diddy coerced and manipulated victims into taking part in lewd acts.
Diddy’s attorney Marc Agnifilo has argued in court this week that his client does not deserve to be lumped in with other high-profile figures accused of similar crimes, such as R. Kelly and Jeffrey Epstein.
Speaking of the indictment, Agnifilo said: ‘This is evidence, not of sex trafficking, but of being caught being unfaithful… He was in a 10-year loving relationship through dark periods.’
