Oasis is officially coming to North America on their highly anticipated reunion tour.
The band will play in five cities: Toronto on Aug. 24, Chicago on Aug. 28, East Rutherford, N.J. on Aug. 31, Los Angeles on Sept. 6 and Mexico City on Sept. 12. Cage the Elephant will open for all the shows.
Registration for the presale is currently open at www.oasisinet.com until Oct. 1 at 8 a.m ET. General ticket onsale will begin Oct. 4 at 12 p.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Plans are underway for Oasis Live ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe and North America later next year.
After Liam and Noel Gallagher put down their arms after a 15-year hiatus (and decades worth of feuding), Oasis announced tour dates in the U.K. and Ireland. It was teased at the time that “plans are underway for Oasis Live ’25 to go to other continents outside of Europe later next year.”
Announcing their reunion in August, the Gallagher brothers posed for a photo and released a joint statement: “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”
The demand for Oasis tickets has already caused mayhem abroad: As Variety reported, the ticket on-sale was the biggest — and most controversial — since Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour.
After the dynamic pricing model on Ticketmaster frustrated fans hoping to catch the brothers trade verses on “Acquiesce,” Oasis tweaked the ticketing strategy to an “invitation-only” system and said in a statement, “Inevitably interest in this tour is so overwhelming that it’s impossible to schedule enough shows to fulfil public demand. But this ticket sale strategy will make the process far smoother for fans by reducing the stress and time it takes to obtain one of the hottest tickets of our time.”
