NRL WAGS and players shock on the red carpet at the Dally M Awards 2024 as they slip into daring flesh-baring gowns
The 2024 Dally M Awards is officially underway, with the most outstanding NRL players and their glamorous WAGs turning out for the sport’s most prestigious night held at Sydney’s Randwick Racecourse.
Leading the arrivals was Today show star Taylor Haynes, who wore a stunning one sleeve white down that featured a cut-out back and thigh high split.
The red carpet reporter looked glamorous with blush pink evening makeup and a nude lip, while opting for a ‘wet look’ hairstyle featuring a side part and loose waves.
Taylor dazzled with silver diamond jewellery and accessorised with white strappy heels.
Retired NRL halfback-turned-radio presenter Cooper Johns, 25, also went for a monochrome look, wearing a black and white striped double-breasted blazer and a black shirt complete with a bow tie.
The look was a nod to his former coach Craig Bellamy, who rocked the same blazer at the 2019 Dally M Awards.
Adding a pop of colour to kick off the red carpet was Cronulla NRLW star Tiana Penitani, who turned heads in a fitted strapless pink dress that showed off her ample cleavage and abs with its cut out detail.
The 28-year-old had her dark hair styled straight with a middle part and accessorised with gorgeous silver jewellery.

The WAG, who is also a journalist, wore an elegant red gown that featured a small train and halter neck.
Her hair was styled in a neat updo, while she accessorised with matching metallic gold heels and handbag.
Melbourne’s Jahrome Hughes is widely regarded as the best chance of winning the men’s 2024 Dally M for the NRL’s best and fairest player. Reigning women’s Dally M winner Tamika Upton will once again be difficult to beat for the top gong in the NRLW.

Nathan Cleary might be the game’s best player, but he has missed many games this season due to injury.
When the round-by-round voting for the men’s Dally M went behind closed doors after round 12, Penrith’s Dylan Edwards was in front on 31 points, with Nicho Hynes on 30 and Manly’s Daly Cherry-Evans on 27.
The red carpet begins at 5.30pm on Wednesday AEST, with the awards ceremony to get underway at 7.30pm and the count for the men’s Dally M Medal to begin at 8pm, all coming from Sydney’s Randwick Racecourse.
Channel Nine isn’t televising the ceremony, so viewers will need to tune in to Foxtel or the Kayo streaming service, both of which will begin their coverage at 7.30pm.
