The Governor of Cairo inspects the ongoing work to raise the efficiency of the central islands on Salah Salem Road
The Governor of Cairo, Dr. Ibrahim Saber, today, Sunday, inspected the raising of the Egyptian flag atop the flagpole erected by the General Authority for Cleaning, Beautification and Lighting of Cairo at a height of 30 meters, as part of the Salah Salem Road development work, and within the framework of Cairo Governorate’s celebrations commemorating the glorious October victory.
The Governor of Cairo also made an inspection tour of the ongoing work to raise the efficiency of the central islands of Salah Salem Road in the area extending from the airport bridge to Abbasiya Square, which includes painting the fences overlooking the road, the ballasts, and the sidewalks of the central islands, in addition to increasing green areas, developing the landscape, and reviewing Lighting.
The governor was accompanied – on his tour – by Major General Yahya Al-Adgham, Secretary-General, Major General Ihab El-Shershaby, Chairman of the Cairo Cleaning, Beautification and Lighting Authority, and a number of executive leaders in the governorate.
