Olivia Colman, 48, left ‘deathly embarrassed’ by sex scenes with on-screen lover, 25

She said “the hardest thing ever” was portraying “someone much stronger emotionally than me”.
Olivia revealed that the director gave her notes to help maintain a stiff upper lip while filming the Aberfan scenes.
Olivia told the Radio Times: “When we filmed the scenes with the tributes, the flowers and the toys, the director was like, ‘Act like you’re just judging a flower contest,’ because if I was thinking about what it was actually, I couldn’t cope.
She went on to say it was ‘cruel’ the way the Queen was forced to publicly repress her emotions as part of her persona as a monarch and head of state.
