Egypt: Referring the murderer of her mother with the participation of her lover to the honorable Mufti

Today, Saturday, the Port Said Criminal Court referred the killer of her mother with the participation of a child between whom they had an forbidden relationship, to the honorable Mufti. The Egyptian Public Prosecutor ordered the referral of a girl to the Criminal Court, and the referral of an accused child – whose age did not exceed fifteen years – to the competent Child Court, pursuant to the provisions of the articles of the Child Law, to punish her for what they were accused of committing the crime of homicide.
