Johnny Mathis' Hollywood Hills mansion has hillside collapse in front of it

The Hollywood Hills home of music legend Johnny Mathis has had a hillside collapse in front of it.
The landslide – which came after an extended storm in Southern California – occurred seven years after the same domicile was destroyed in a fire.
The disaster took place in the 1400 block of Sunset Plaza in the Hollywood Hills, the station reported, and it was not immediately clear how the landslide impacted the stability of the house.
A silver Jaguar parked outside the home was covered and filled with mud and debris in the wake of the landslide, the station reported. A representative for Mathis told DailyMail.com the vehicle belonged to a neighbor.
The incident comes more than seven years after the same property was decimated by a November 2015 fire.
The blaze destroyed all of Mathis’ property, save for a few mementoes.
More than 40 firefighters worked to douse the fire, which caused the roof of the home to cave in.
Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Brian Humphrey said at the time that there was ‘nothing left’ of the house, which was ‘absolutely totaled.’
