A woman accuses Mike Tyson of raping her in the early 1990s

The woman claims $5 million in damages, according to court documents filed this month with an Albany city court and released Tuesday.

“Tyson immediately started touching me and tried to kiss me. He told him no several times and I asked him to stop, but he kept attacking me. Then he took off my pants and violently raped me“, explains the plaintiff in an affidavit.
The woman, whose identity remains anonymous, does not specify the date of the attack beyond the fact that it occurred in the early 1990s.
In 1991, Tyson was arrested for raping an 18-year-old woman, Desiree Washington, in an Indianapolis hotel and was later sentenced to six years in prison, serving just under three years in prison.
