Manal Abu Al-Maleh: The Emir of Kuwait’s initiative to pardon some of the convicts reflects the spirit of tolerance

Dr. Manal Mansour Abu Al-Maleh, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arab Observatory for Human Rights, directed the highest verses of thanks, gratitude and appreciation to His Highness, the Emir of Kuwait, Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad, for the issuance of the Amiri pardon for some of the convicts inside and outside Kuwait, noting that it is a paternal gesture that is not surprising for His Highness the Emir, who has always sought To reunite the people of Kuwait on the homeland.
