Alec Baldwin hit NYC private club Zero Bond for a poker night hours after he was formally charged
Alec Baldwin attended a poker night with his wife after criminal charges were filed against him, it has been reported.
The actor, 64, was officially charged on Tuesday with involuntary manslaughter for shooting dead Halyna Hutchins on the set of the movie Rust in October 2021.
Just hours later, Baldwin and his wife Hilaria paid a visit to the private club Zero Bond in New York City, an exclusive spot in Manhattan’s NoHo neighborhood.
‘Alec seemed chill and low-key’ PEOPLE magazine cited a source as saying.

‘They didn’t engage with anyone but headed straight to where everyone plays poker,’ the source added, explaining an area at the back of the twenty thousand square foot private member’s club is only available to guests who play poker.
‘After spending around 30 to 40 minutes in the back poker area, Alec and Hilaria came back out and sat in the lounge’ where the pair ‘chatted away’, the source told the magazine.
Late on Tuesday, Fox News obtained photographs of Baldwin outside Zero Bond.
In them, he is seen in a blue puffer jacket keeping his head down, and carrying his phone by his side as he enters through the club’s red door.
On its website, Zero Bond says the club maintains a rigorous process in regards to member selection,’ and only those who ‘display a high level of integrity’ and show they can contribute to the private community are accepted as members.
‘While we do not discriminate based on race, socioeconomic status, or profession, we are highly particular on character,’ the club’s website says.
‘Upon submitting a formal application, the membership committee will review and render a decision on acceptance after taking into account all aspects of the person’s character.’
Once a membership is accepted into the club, they must pay an initiation fee, and an annual fee that is different depending on a person’s age.

Prosecutors formally charged Baldwin and film-set weapons supervisor Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on Tuesday over the fatal shooting of cinematographer Hutchins on the New Mexico movie set.
Hutchins died shortly after being wounded during rehearsals at a ranch on the outskirts of Santa Fe on Oct. 21, 2021. Baldwin was pointing a pistol at Hutchins when the gun went off, killing her and wounding the director, Joel Souza.
In documents, prosecutors claimed the actor was ‘distracted’ during firearm training and shortly after the incident admitted to officers he had fired the weapon – something he would later vehemently deny.
They say reckless safety failures accompanied the film production from the outset.
The documents cite Baldwin’s failure as an actor to appear for mandatory firearms training prior to filming and his decision as a producer to work with Gutierrez-Reed, who was an uncertified and inexperienced armorer.
A probable cause statement from investigators traces safety failures across a 10-day period from misfires on set and a camera crew walkout to the moments before Hutchins’ death as a revolver was loaded with ammunition and Baldwin’s finger came to rest on the pistol’s trigger.
Among the documents filed with the court on Tuesday is a 10-page probable cause affidavit (pictured) that describes Baldwin putting his finger ‘inside of the trigger guard and on the trigger’ on the day of the shooting, and moments before the gun went off

Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed has also been charged with involuntary manslaughter
Halyna Hutchins, 42, was shot and killed on the ‘Rust’ movie set on October 21
‘Baldwin’s deviation from known standards, practices and protocol directly caused the fatal death of Hutchins,’ Robert Shilling, a special investigator for the Santa Fe district attorney’s office, said in the probable cause statement.
Baldwin’s attorney Luke Nikas declined to comment Tuesday and referred to a previous statement in which he called the charges a ‘terrible miscarriage of justice’ that he and his client would fight and win.
‘Mr. Baldwin had no reason to believe there was a live bullet in the gun – or anywhere on the movie set,’ the statement said.
‘He relied on the professionals with whom he worked.’ Gutierrez-Reed’s attorney said they would release a statement later.
A manslaughter charge can be brought for a killing that occurs while a defendant is doing something lawful but dangerous and is acting negligently or without caution.
Baldwin and Gutierrez-Reed maintain their innocence and have vowed to fight the charges.
Baldwin has stated repeatedly that he never pulled the trigger, and said that it was a tragic accident – emphasizing that he relied on the firearms experts hired to be on set. If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison.
