22 dead in wildfires in Chile

The number of fire victims in Chile has reached 22, according to new statistics published by local authorities yesterday, Saturday. Chilean Interior Minister Carolina Toha indicated that about 554 people were injured due to the fires, of whom 16 are in critical condition. The National Agency for Disaster Prevention and Response said: “Out of about 250 active fires, 80 are out of control.” announced the president.
