"100 days of health" Provided 155 million free services in 98 days

Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, announced the provision of 155,410,715 medical services through the “100 Health Days” campaign. Since the launch of the second edition by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, on the evening of July 31, 2024, until yesterday evening, Wednesday, November 6, and within the framework of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s initiative, “A new beginning for building humanity.”

Dr. Hossam explained. Abdul Ghaffar, the official spokesman for the Ministry of Health and Population, said that the campaign provided 1,846,909 services yesterday, adding that according to the division of services of the various sectors, bodies and initiatives, the “100 Days of Health” campaign It provided 780,886 services through the basic care and family planning sector.

Abdul Ghaffar added: The “100 Days of Health” campaign It provided 396,631 services through the curative care sector, in addition to providing 100,863 services affiliated with the presidential public health initiatives. The preventive medicine sector also provided 53,793 services, in addition to providing 93,673 services through the hospitals of the Specialized Medical Centers Secretariat.< /p>

«Abdul Ghaffar» The campaign provided 41,17 services, through units affiliated with the General Authority for Hospitals and Educational Institutes, while the Mental Health Support Initiative provided 10,117 services, while hospitals and clinics of the General Authority for Health Insurance provided 232,250 services.

“Abdul Ghaffar” said: The Ambulance Authority provided 4,393 ambulance services, while the specialized medical councils issued 9,459 treatment decisions at state expense, in addition to performing 1,873 operations on waiting lists, while the Foundation’s treatment hospitals provided 43,860 services.  

«Abdul Ghaffar» added The “100 Days of Health” campaign It provided health awareness and education services to 78,94 citizens, through community outreach teams spread across public areas, clubs, and malls in the governorates, to raise awareness and direct citizens to receive the services provided by the campaign, in addition to holding educational seminars and awareness-raising activities.

He called &laquo “Abdul Ghaffar” All citizens must go to the campaign’s service headquarters and mobile clinic locations to benefit from its services, or request home visits for elderly patients and those unable to move via the hotline “15335”.
