Iranian security forces ‘raping’ girls and boys as young as 12 in ‘torture’ tactics
Iranian security forces have been clamping down on young civilian protesters since the death of Mahsa Amini, 22, in mid-September sparked nationwide dissent.
Iranian military outfits have been “raping children as young as 12” in desperate attempts to put an end to nationwide uprisings against the regime, Amnesty International has revealed. In a report released on Thursday, Amnesty International alleged that Iranian security forces had been “committing horrific acts of torture” against protesters, many of which are under 25, including “beatings, floggings, electric shocks, rape and other sexual violence”.
